About

At the intersection of people and systems.

I'm a UX Designer and Researcher who enjoys making complex systems easier to understand and use.

Over the last five years, I've worked across enterprise platforms and customer-facing applications, helping teams uncover user needs, align stakeholders and design experiences that support better decision-making. My work spans mobile, tablet and web products used by sales representatives and customers across multiple regions.

Beyond work, I enjoy reading fiction, design and business books, experimenting with AI tools and writing about product experiences that spark curiosity.

From 2021 till 2026, I worked with Cognizant as a Senior Experience Designer, handling a conglomerate client across more than six projects. In 2026, I moved from India to Hong Kong, a transition that expanded my perspective.
